Kelli Stebler, LCSW

Hi, I’m Kelli.

I’m a Pittsburgh native and an integrative therapist who blends alternative forms of healing with traditional approaches to treat the mind, the body, and the spirit. My passion is helping people build insight, heal, grow, and proactively improve their lives. I want to empower my clients and advocate for them throughout the therapeutic process. At the end of the day, I feel that each person is the expert on their own self, and at different seasons in our lives, we all need extra support and validation.

Individual Talk Therapy


I use an integrative approach that combines a psychoanalytic, cognitive, emotional, and mindfulness-based process. I meet clients where they’re at and guide them to where they would like to be.

Hypnosis


Hypnosis is a technique that I use to help clients achieve focused concentration, and increased awareness, and deep relaxation to treat psychological and emotional issues.

Reiki


Reiki is a healing approach that targets stuck energy in the body stemming from emotional (or even physical) injury. Removing these energetic blocks allows people to experience a reduction in distressing psychological symptoms.
